It’s Saturday night, and I have been getting all the last minute things done, such as laundry and grocery shopping and laundry and packing and laundry. We are ready to head down to the city tomorrow. We will be staying at the Ronald McDonald House Sunday night, and will be at the hospital at 7:00. Surgery is scheduled to begin around 9:00.
Hannah is her usual calm, cool, collected self. She went to the movies this afternoon to see Shrek 3, and is finishing up some last minute schoolwork tonight. Before we head down to the city, we will be stopping by the park to enjoy the soccer games that will be going on in support of Hannah. I know that many people are involved in the planning of the day, and we appreciate all of the time that has been put in. Hopefully the rain will move out of the area before tomorrow afternoon.
Please say a special prayer for Hannah on Monday. We are all anxious to get this step in the battle over with. We are always so proud of her strength and determination. Thanks again for all of your caring and support you have shown our family.
