Hannah’s Journey

Just getting in under the wire this March in keeping with my New Year’s resolution. Can you believe we are suppose to have snow tonight, and just not a little. It’s not even an April Fool’s joke. Will this winter ever end?

Last week was the high school musical. They presented South Pacific, and Austin was a marine in the production. It was such a wonderful experience for him, and for me. I helped with the costumes and got an opportunity to meet all of the kids. What a great group! It made the musical even more special to watch. Can’t wait for next year’s.

Nathan is home for a few weeks. It is good to see him. This Monday is the main fundraiser for the NGO he works for, so he is very busy getting ready for that. He spends the week in the city and comes home on the weekend. I believe he returns to Zambia around April 11th.

Colin just got off spring break and it’s back to the old grind for him. I have to brag a little at this point. Colin, Bill and I filled out brackets for the NCAA basketball tournament, and I beat both of them. You better believe I am rubbing it into Colin. Especially since I think this is the third year in a row that I have come out ahead of him. For his sake, I hope this is the year the Cubs finally win that pennant.
