Well, the good news is that Hannah survived having Nathan as her roommate Thursday night. Actually, there really isn’t any bad news. Hannah is feeling much better. I spent the weekend with her and we caught up on our reading and movies (the ones the brothers won’t watch). Platelets are still very low, and she had a new adventure with platelet tranfusions. She was getting a bag of platelets on Saturday, and she had an allergic reaction to the platelets. (Hives). They tried again on Sunday, but pretreated her heavily with benadril and hydrocortisone (steroid) through her IV and that seemed to do the trick. We are just playing the waiting game waiting for those white cells to bounce back.
