It’s been a busy week and weekend, but Hannah and Austin have safely returned to camp for the last session, so I plan on getting my first night of uninterrupted sleep in about a week. Hannah was released from the hospital on Friday, but we stayed in the city until Saturday to make sure she would be okay. On Sunday, we returned to the city so that she, along with Austin, could be involved in Ali Lohan’s music video that was being taped at the Ronald McDonald House. For those of us not in the know, Ali Lohan is Lindsay Lohan’s little sister. The video is a Christmas video. Just what I needed to remind me how many shopping days left until Christmas. On Friday of this week, we will return to Sloan Kettering for a check up with the surgeon and hopefully, receive back a great pathology report on the piece of her lung that was removed. On Monday, chemo resumes. Hopefully, there are only 2 cycles of chemo left,and Hannah can return to school sometime in October.
