It’s hard to believe that today is already Hannah’s third anniversary in heaven. At times, it seems like only yesterday that she was with us. We miss her so much and think about her constantly. I never know how I will spend the day until it is here, and I still don’t know for sure what I will do, other than visit her, of course.
Nathan was home for a short while in April. He is back in Zambia and will be back in the US at the end of June. Always love when he is home. Colin has school this week, but Austin and I are on spring break. Speaking of spring, the true sign of spring for me isn’t the robins or crocuses, it is the first “present” of the year that our cat has left for me right in front of the front door. I know that I will have many such “presents” to look forward to all summer long. Isn’t it nice to be so loved?
Earlier I had posted about Hannah’s social security number being stolen soon after she passed away. Well, they caught both of the men, and I found out that one was sentenced to 10 years in prison with 3 years probation, and one was sentenced to 5 years in prison with 3 years probation. I’m glad that chapter in our lives is now over with.
Thanks for all of your thoughts and prayers today.
